Dr. Mathew Joseph
Principal Project Scientist of Centre of Excellence on Molecular Materials and Functions
Dr. M. Joseph was an Outstanding Scientist and Raja Ramanna Fellow at the Materials Chemistry & Metal Fuel Cycle Group, Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam. He joined the 26th batch of the BARC Training School and received the Homi Bhabha Award. He was a Guest Scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NBS, USA) during 1988–90 and 1997-1998, and a JSPS Fellow at Osaka University (Japan) during 1998–2000. He was a Professor of Chemistry at HBNI. He received the Science and Technology Award, Group Achievement Awards of DAE, the Eminent Mass Spectrometrist Award (ISMAS), etc. He has 75 publications in peer-reviewed journals, one patent, and many conference papers to his credit.
